"I work to develop client centred treatments to address the individual needs of each client.  I will work with you to explore and resolve problems that inhibit your wellbeing.  Humans are complex, but therapy provides a space just for you.  We can all benefit from having someone truly focussed on us.  Will you feel better after therapy?  Absolutely and so you should, it is likely to be one of the few spaces that is 100% solely about you.”
