Fees
Our fees are guided by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Schedule of Recommended Fees, however with the cost-of-living crisis we have reviewed our fees to ensure we are able to meet both our own costs, and our client's needs. Our fee for service is $185.00 payable at the time of consultation. A reduced fee is available for those on Centrelink payments or with a Healthcare card or in unique circumstances which can be discussed with the therapist. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding fees.
Medicare Rebate
A Medicare rebate is available for clients who have been referred by their GP and have a Mental Health Care Plan. The current rebate is $96.65
Please speak to your doctor about your mental health to utilise the Medicare rebate if you are entitled.
Private Health Fund
Please check with your private health fund if you are covered for psychological treatment. If you are covered for therapy, you may be eligible for a rebate from your insurer.
Victim Services
We are approved Victim Service Therapists. If you have been a victim of a crime, you may be eligible for counselling. Please visit Victim Services to apply. Complete the online application and forward us the Acknowledgment letter once approved or send us a message via the contact page.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you confirm your appointment via the reminder text. Failure to do so or to cancel within 24 hours will incur a $160.00 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, this fee is not entitled to a rebate. Please note we often have a waiting list and failure to cancel may stop others from accessing our service.
